Barbell Titan

Forged in the fires of discipline and steel, the Barbell Titan moves iron like a rite of passage. Their power is earned in silence—set by set, rep by rep.

Your focus is strength and muscle-building through resistance training. Your program will include barbells, dumbbells, and progressive lifting cycles.

Gravity Bender

While others lift weights, the Gravity Bender lifts themselves. Grace meets grit in every movement as they master the art of self-resistance.

You’ll train with bodyweight movements like push-ups, pull-ups, and mobility drills to build lean muscle, control, and flexibility.

Endurance Nomad

The Endurance Nomad chases the horizon one stride at a time. Fueled by rhythm and grit, they outlast every challenge – mile by mile.

You’ll focus on cardio-based training: running, cycling, or swimming. Your program will build stamina, pacing, and cardiovascular resilience.

Obstacle Reaver

The Obstacle Reaver thrives in the mud and the unknown. They are part sprinter, part climber, part machine—hybrid warriors built for chaos.

This is for those training for obstacle races. You’ll mix strength, endurance, grip work, and functional movements to dominate your events.

Mind-Body Seeker

The Mind-Body Seeker finds power in stillness and strength in breath. They master their body through mastering their mind.

You’ll focus on journaling, breathwork, and meditation. Your training may include light movement, nervous system reset work, and inner growth.

Nutrition Alchemist

The Nutrition Alchemist transforms ingredients into energy. Their body becomes a result of deliberate choices—measured, refined, and powerful.

Your primary focus is food. You’ll learn to fuel your goals through tracked nutrition, habit mastery, and deep dietary awareness.

Power Alchemist

(Barbell Titan + Nutrition Alchemist)

The Power Alchemist channels strength and science in equal measure. They build muscle not just with iron, but with intention—fueling their physique like a sacred forge.

You want to get strong and lean, so you’re training hard and dialing in your food. Your workouts will follow a lifting-focused plan, and your nutrition will be tracked and optimized every week to support visible transformation.

Resilient Guardian

(Gravity Bender + Mind-Body Seeker)

The Resilient Guardian defends their peace with strength and stillness. They move with control, breathe with purpose, and stand unshaken. When others break, they bend. When others panic, they remain present.

You’re focused on bodyweight mastery and nervous system health. Your training blends calisthenics, mobility, and breath or journaling practices. You’ll build both physical control and emotional resilience.

Hybrid Warrior

(Obstacle Reaver + Barbell Titan)

This is the beast forged for the battlefield. The Hybrid Warrior lifts like a Titan and charges like a Reaver—ready for chaos, built for carnage. Nothing is too heavy, too messy, or too far.

You want to crush obstacle races with real strength. Your plan blends hybrid conditioning, functional lifting, and endurance work. Think deadlifts, sleds, trail runs, grip work, and brutal finishers.

Enduring Alchemist

(Endurance Nomad + Nutrition Alchemist)

Fueled by discipline and precision, the Enduring Alchemist moves endlessly without breaking. Their strength is sustainability. They eat like a craftsman, run like the wind, and endure like a legend.

You’re here to improve your cardio performance and optimize your fueling. Your plan focuses on endurance training (running, cycling, etc.) while tracking nutrition to support stamina, body comp, and energy.

The Synthbound

(Custom Hybrid Path)

The Synthbound walks a path not yet written. Part alchemist, part warrior, part seeker—they do not choose one mastery… they merge them. Their power is not in allegiance to a single method, but in the harmony of many. To meet them is to face potential, not prediction.

You don’t fit a single mold—and that’s the point. You’ll choose a primary and secondary class that best reflect your goals, and we’ll tailor your program accordingly. Your title is Synthbound, forged from multiple paths, fueled by transformation.

The Prismwalker

(Custom Hybrid Path with LGBTQ+ emphasis)

They do not follow the beam. They bend it. The Prismwalker is forged in resistance and illuminated by truth—walking paths lit only by the spectrum they cast. No form is too fluid. No path too wild. They are not here to fit in. They are here to shine.

You move between worlds, fluid, radiant, and unapologetically you. You’ll still choose a primary and secondary class, but your path will emphasize identity, authenticity, and the power of full-spectrum growth. Your title is Prismwalker, a beacon of light refracted through challenge, walking boldly in your truth.
