We turn your fitness journey into a game… literally. Our coaching uses a gamified leveling system where every healthy action earns you XP (experience points), just like in a video game. Hit your workout goal for the week? +10 XP. Log your meals and hit your macros? +10 XP. Practice meditation or hit your sleep goal? More XP!

As you accumulate points, you level up your character (you’re the hero of this story) and unlock new milestones. This system makes working out enjoyable and rewarding, not a chore. Our arena is open to all backgrounds and experience levels, and we mean it. The Level Up! Arena was initially created to help people recovering from serious injuries or physical trauma, inspired by our founder’s own comeback from a motorcycle accident. We understand what it’s like to start over from square one, when traditional fitness spaces don’t know how to help. Now, we’ve expanded our scope to welcome everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned athletes who’ve hit a plateau, and busy professionals who feel they have “no time.” We tailor the journey to your starting point and goals, whoever you are.

We are also proudly LGBTQ+ inclusive, and it’s in our DNA. Our newly launched Rainbow Edition coaching is by and for the LGBTQ+ community, with our founder himself being part of it. This isn’t a superficial rainbow logo slapped on for marketing, it’s a genuine commitment to providing a safe, welcoming space where you can be your authentic self. In a fitness world where too many LGBTQ folks have felt unwelcome, we’re changing the culture one hero at a time.

Our flagship Ultimate Edition is an all-in-one coaching program—think of it as the “Main Quest.” It combines everything, fitness, nutrition, mindset, and more into a comprehensive, customized plan for total transformation. This is the full epic journey for those ready to conquer every aspect of their health and wellness.

But we also know some players might want to focus on specific “skill trees,” so we offer à la carte Side Quest coaching options. These are targeted mini programs dedicated to a single domain, like nutrition coaching, strength training, obstacle course race prep, or mobility. You can tackle one, or mix and match a few, giving you total control over your adventure.
