5. Service Modifications

• Update content or pricing without prior notice
• Deny service to any individual for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns or policy violations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and materials provided through Level Up! are the intellectual property of the Level Up! Arena and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without express written permission.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in full or according to the payment plan agreed upon. Due to the nature of digital and coaching services, refunds are granted only under specific conditions outlined in individual coaching agreements.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data handling practices as outlined here

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up! and its coaches are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. You assume all risks associated with your participation.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, after both parties attempt informal resolution.
