Refund Policy | The Level Up! Arena

At The Level Up! Arena, we’re committed to clarity, fairness, and transparency. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services or digital products.


 

1. Coaching Services

All coaching services (including 1-on-1 and group coaching) are non-refundable once services begin.

Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of their initial intake call. After that point, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, as we begin allocating time, resources, and coaching strategy specific to your journey.


 

2. Digital Products

All sales of digital programs, including self-paced guides and downloadable PDFs, are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access and content delivery.


 

3. Merchandise

While we currently do not sell physical merchandise, our policies are in place for future apparel and product sales.

When available, eligible items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
