With a background in coaching, obstacle course racing, and digital strategy, Joshua fuses data, discipline, and gamification to help misfits and underdogs reclaim their health and purpose. When he’s not lifting, running, or coaching others through their own quests, he’s probably working behind the scenes on the next Level Up challenge, always leveling up, one XP at a time.
