Joshua Marron – Health Coach, Creator of Project Legacy, and Founder of The Level Up! Arena
Joshua Marron is a certified health and fitness coach, endurance athlete, and the creator of Project Legacy—a six-month, publicly documented transformation journey rooted in discipline, transparency, and radical growth. As the founder of The Level Up! Arena, Joshua blends RPG-inspired coaching systems with evidence-based training and nutrition to help people break cycles, build strength, and reclaim their power.
In July 2025, Joshua made the decision to document his own transformation—fully and publicly—to demonstrate what’s possible when we remove the armor and confront our lives with intention. Project Legacy tracks his physical, mental, and emotional evolution week by week, including photos, data, and reflections.
This is not about perfection. It’s about ownership.

In My Own Words
I’m Joshua Marron. Fitness coach, transformation subject, and founder of The Level Up! Arena.
But before the spreadsheets, before the credentials, before the Arena—there was just me: a stubborn,
scrappy, recovering perfectionist who got tired of starting over.
I built Project Legacy to prove something to myself, and to anyone watching:
That you can rebuild from scratch. That discipline beats motivation. That vulnerability is power.

Frequently Asked Personal Questions
Why are your progress photos in briefs and socks?
Because this is about transparency, not comfort. The goal is to remove the armor and show what real transformation looks like, no filters, no strategic poses, no gym shorts hiding the truth. This is the uniform of radical self-accountability. What started as vulnerability has become ritual.
Do you really post your weight and body fat % every week?
Yes. Every Sunday. Publicly. With photo evidence. Because if I expect clients to show up with honesty, I have to do the same. No exceptions.
Why call it ‘Project Legacy’?
Because this transformation isn’t just for now. It’s about building something lasting, physically, emotionally, and professionally. My legacy isn’t the body I’ll end with. It’s the disciplines I build along the way.
Isn’t it scary putting all this out in public?
Yes. That’s kind of the point. Discomfort is the path. The more I strip away the ego, the more powerful the transformation becomes. What scares me most isn’t being seen—it’s staying stuck.
