The Level Up! Arena Fitness Challenge

“They said I’d never be able to run a Spartan Race or trail run again, so I built an Arena for all of us to prove them wrong.” – Coach JV

The Level Up! Arena Fitness Challenge:
Why We Built It (And Who It’s Really For)

Quest Briefing (TL;DR for the Impatient Heroes)
  • The Mission: A 6-month, high-touch coaching journey designed for those tired of “quick fixes” and “perfect” fitness plans.
  • The Coach: Led by Coach JV – an elite athlete turned resilient coach after a life-altering accident.
  • The System: 1-on-1 coaching, nutrition guidance, and a unique gamified XP system to turn daily habits into visible momentum.
  • The Player Cap: Strictly limited to 10 spots to ensure deep, personal attention.
  • The Goal: Sustainable growth through participation, not perfection.

Level Up! Arena didn’t start as a business idea; it started as a desire to help people like me who felt lost or out of place in the fitness community. After a motorcycle accident that shattered my leg and took my elite athletic aspirations away, it would have been easy to just give up completely.

So many people said immediately after my injury “Oh I guess you won’t be doing Spartan Races or trail running anymore,” or something similar. Thankfully I am hardheaded and said, “Watch me.”

I’m not delusional, the accident definitely left lasting effects, but I can still push myself and be the best version of myself that I am physically capable of being. I don’t have to give up, and neither do you.

I know I’m not alone; a lot of people get told that everything will change after an injury and I want to be that voice to say “Yes, things will change, but with some guidance and support, we can create a new best version of you.”

This is where the desire to enter health and fitness coaching came from. But I soon realized it wasn’t just people who suffered physical trauma who felt stuck. People from all walks of life need a coach, a cheerleader, and some guidance. That is how The Level Up! Arena came to be.

I didn’t want to be a generic coach entering a crowded space. I wanted to create something grand, fun, and different. I wanted to create a response to the needs of people who don’t know where to begin, or who struggle with habit-building and momentum.

The Level Up! Arena Challenge is a response to that need.

A response to years of watching people blame themselves for systems that never fit them.

A response to a fitness culture that sells perfection but disappears when life gets messy.

A response to the quiet frustration of people who want to change, but don’t know how.

The Level Up! Arena Challenge exists to bridge the gap between who you are and who you know you can become.

This Isn’t a Promotion. It’s a Line in the Sand.

I didn’t create this Challenge to scale fast, maximize profit, or chase trends. I created it because I wanted a way to bring people into the Arena the same way I would if we were standing face-to-face.

Slowly. Intentionally. With trust.

The Arena Challenge is a six-month coaching journey, limited to 10 players, where we work closely, honestly, and consistently. It’s affordable by design, not because the work is “light,” but because access matters. Growth matters. Community matters.

This is not about quick wins.
It’s about building something that holds.

What Actually Happens Inside the Challenge

If you join the Arena Challenge, here’s what you’re stepping into:

  • Six months of 1-on-1 coaching, tailored to your real life, not an idealized version of it
  • Weekly check-ins and ongoing communication, so you’re never left guessing or drifting
  • Training and nutrition guidance built to support consistency, not burnout
  • A gamified system that turns effort into momentum – XP, progress tracking, and clear milestones
  • A front-row seat to the evolution of Level Up! Arena itself

You’re not just following a plan.
You’re helping shape a system that’s meant to outlive any single program.

The Catch (Because There Is One)

We don’t ask for perfection.
But we do ask for participation.

The Arena Challenge is intentionally priced low because what we value most isn’t money, it’s engagement, feedback, and follow-through. We ask players to show up honestly, track their progress, and be open to sharing their experience when the time is right.

Not as a performance.
As proof that this kind of approach actually works.

Who This Is For (And Who It Isn’t)

This Challenge is for people who are tired of starting over.
For people who want guidance without judgment.
For people who don’t need to be “fixed”, just supported, structured, and challenged appropriately.

You don’t need to be in shape.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.
You just need to be willing to show up.

If you’re looking for shortcuts, hacks, or a 30-day miracle, this isn’t it.

If you’re looking for real change, done sustainably, with someone in your corner, you’re exactly who I had in mind.

Ready to Build a Strategy That Works for You?

Because attention matters.
Because coaching is a relationship, not a broadcast.
Because the Arena is built player by player… not crowd by crowd.

This is the foundation layer. The people who come through this Challenge aren’t just clients; they’re part of the story of how Level Up! Arena grows.

An Invitation, Not a Pitch

If you’re reading this and something in you is stirring, curiosity, hope, even a little fear, that’s usually a good sign.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be ready to step into the Arena.

Applications are open, spots are limited, and once they’re filled, that’s it.

This isn’t about joining a program.
It’s about choosing a direction.

I’ll meet you there.
